Some of the most important work I’ve done has been content most people will never see, Investigative Documentaries produced under real editorial pressure, Digital Security Videos designed for audiences navigating government censorship, Fact-checking Journalism distributed through networks trying to reach people cut off from reliable information.  

That work shaped how I think about everything I make.

I’m Shaun, a Creative Producer, Content Production Lead, and Multimedia Journalist with over a decade of experience leading content from concept to final delivery. 

My expertise sits at the intersection of Storytelling, Design, and Technology, transforming complex ideas into compelling visual narratives through Video Production, Post-Production, Motion Graphics, and AI-Enhanced Workflows, while bridging strategy and execution to ensure both creative excellence and operational efficiency.  

I don’t just produce content. I build the systems, lead the teams, and hold the creative standards that make the work worth producing in the first place. 

I’ve directed and produced content for CBC, Iran International TV, Radio Free Europe, Voice of America, and organizations including Toyota, Lexus, SiriusXM, Fairstone, CIBC, and TD Bank. I’ve led teams of up to 20 people, built production systems for digital media properties from scratch, and delivered campaigns that have collectively reached millions of viewers across broadcast and digital platforms. 

Beyond hands-on production, I advise organizations on content strategy, production workflow design, and scalable systems, helping teams produce more consistently and effectively without sacrificing creative quality. 

I work in English and Persian, bringing both linguistic fluency and genuine cultural insight to projects that need to reach diverse or diaspora audiences. That capability isn’t a footnote; for the organizations I’ve worked with most closely, it’s been the difference between content that lands and content that gets ignored. 

What I’ve found after years of doing this work is that the best content doesn’t just communicate an idea, it makes the audience feel like the idea was already theirs. That’s the standard I hold myself and every project to.
