Explaining financial products like mortgages can often feel complex and tedious for consumers. The main challenge was to condense complex mortgage switching steps, legal terms, rates, and disclaimers into a 30-second, visually clear, and brand-compliant motion graphic that keeps the audience engaged.
Created a clean, minimalist 2D animation using CIBC’s signature brand colors (red and yellow). By structuring the narrative into three clear icons (Advisor, Home, Cash-back) and using dynamic text transitions with lively background music, the mortgage transfer process was made to feel simple, effortless, and rewarding.

Animation & Motion: Employed smooth text transitions, rotating square visual accents, and bold typography to draw immediate focus to key offers ($3,000 cash-back, 3.09% & 3.29% rates).
Audio Syncing & Call to Action (CTA): Synchronized motion keyframes with an upbeat acoustic soundtrack and concluded with a strong Call to Action
Delivered a high-converting, clear, and on-brand 30-second promotional ad suitable for social media and web deployment. It successfully simplified financial decision-making and clearly presented the key value propositions to prospective clients.
